Classification: male solo singer, can be resident in a venue. Billed as themselves. Last years winner: Marc Craig

2. BEST FEMALE SINGER

Classification: female solo singer, can be resident in a venue. Billed as themselves. Last years winner: Elaine Alexander

3. BEST TRIBUTE ACT

Classification: act of one or more members, billed as the tribute or them as the tribute. Last years winner: Pip Brown - Michael Buble

4. BEST BAND

Classification: two members or more with instruments. Can be resident in a venue. Last years winner: Kick

5. BEST GROUP

Classification: two members or more without instruments can be resident in a venue. Last years winner: Loaded

6. BEST SOLO PERFORMER

Classification:one person with an instrument. Can be resident in a venue. Last years winner: Fergal Flaherty

7. BEST COMPERE

Classification: one person who is resident in a bar, karaoke bar, cabaret bar or hotel, that hosts the evening with or without instruments. Last years winner: Mikey Lee (Mikeys Bar)

8. BEST VARIETY ACT

Classification: a variety show act such as dancers, drag artists, mime artists, hypnotist, magic show, comedian, etc. Last years winner: Mister Sister

9. BEST DJ

Classification: any Tenerife based DJ in a club, fun pub or radio station. Last years winner: DJ Jonny (O'Neills)

10. BEST NEWCOMER

Classification: any new act for any category within the last 12 months. Last years winner: Brad Chermside (Rock DJ)

11. ENTERTAINER OF THE YEAR

Classification:Any entertainer working in Tenerife. Being voted for by the entertainers only. Last years winner: Suzy Q

12. OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTION

Classification: Award presented to an artist or individual who has made a difference to the entertainment scene over and above their job or show. Last years winner: Aaron & Leon Cormack
